Q: Who Is Eligible To Use The Fitness Centers?

Employees, Contractors, and Interns at CenturyLink (you must already have Broomfield campus badge access to join.)

Q: When Will I Receive Badge Access After Signing Up?

Your badge should start working within 1 to 2 business days. If for some reason your badge is not working after this time, please email fitness.center@centurylink.com

Q: What Is The Locker Policy?

Lockers can be reserved for long-term use by contacting Fitness.Center@centurylink.com

Day use lockers are available on a first-come, first serve basis - please do not leave any items in these lockers overnight.

Locker service is for fitness center members only.

Q: What Are The Fitness Center Hours?

The fitness center is open to members 24/7. Staffed hours are:

Monday 7:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday 6:30am-4:00pm

Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm

Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm

Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Q: What Is The Cost Of The Fitness Center?

$35/month, billed the 5th of each month.

For CenturyLink Employee: The fitness staff will submit your info for reimbursement ($25) the following month as long as you have logged 12 workouts between checking into the gym and the outside workout tracker sent out in each member email.

Contractors are not eligible for the $25 reimbursement.

 

Q: How Do I Cancel My Membership?

Please Complete the Membership Cancellation Form and drop it off with the fitness center staff or send it to fitness.center@centurylink.com

Membership charges will be automatically executed on the 5th of each month. If you do not cancel by 2PM two business days prior to the 5th, your credit card may be charged.
