Personal Training

Set fitness goals and turn them into reality! Work with one of our experienced trainer and receive an individualized workout program to get you to where you want to be.

Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition coaches will work with you to modify your current eating habits and provide healthy recommendations.  A comprehensive 3-day diet analysis is used to determine possible excess or deficiencies in your diet to make modifications that work for you.

Wellness Coaching

Convenient sessions conducted by phone or in-person to help provide you with structure, accountability, expertise and inspiration to help you grow and develop in one or many different aspects of your life and overall health - from mental health, financial stability, family and friends, and more, we're here to help.

Kelly Greene

Kelly has her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and B.A. in Outdoor Recreation Business from the University of Maine in her home state.  It was in Maine that Kelly developed her love for all things outdoors, which in turn brought her to Colorado in 2012 to enjoy all of the outdoor pursuits it has to offer.  She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and holds many specialty group exercise certifications including cycling, TRX, Zumba, Pound, and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Kelly believes that health is not one part of your life, but rather the sum of it all – a culmination of a healthy mind and body via physical activity, nutritious eating, and mental peace and awareness. When she isn’t coaching, you can find her skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, running rivers, or watching G.N.A.R. and Chevy Chase comedies.

Wellness Coordinator
Heidi Steidl

Heidi received her Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science and a Business Administration Minor from Colorado State University.  She currently holds her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification and a Personal Training Certification from ACE.  Heidi has been coaching CrossFit for almost 4 years now, but also enjoys participating in other types of exercise and being outside by the pool.  When she is not at work or at CrossFit, her passion is Swim Coaching and giving younger kids swim lessons.  Swimming has always been a huge part of her life and being able to coach and help kids become better swimmers brings a smile to her face.

At work, she enjoys teaching Cycling, HIIT Training, Strength and Endurance Training, and Mobility classes.  Heidi’s definition of health is the body’s ability to perform at its maximum potential based on nutrition, mental exertion, and physical exercise.  Having a balance among the three is what she believes keeps the body strong, stable, and working together.

Fitness Specialist
Trevor Snyder

Trevor received a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Soon after, he moved to Colorado and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has found a passion for teaching group exercise classes and for the past two years he has been teaching Strength, Boot Camp, HIIT, and Circuit style classes. Trevor is extremely competitive and when he's not working you'll find him playing whatever sport he can find from football to basketball to Spikeball at the park. He also loves the outdoors and tries to find time to go fishing, hiking and snowboarding.


For Trevor, health is a never-ending journey to be the best version of yourself. It is about pushing yourself and finding that motivation to never be complacent, but instead continuing to set goals and challenge yourself. He believes a healthy individual means more than just being physically fit. It is a combination of diet and exercise as well as being mentally and emotionally healthy enough to achieve whatever goals you may have in life.

Rachael Junkroski

Rachael received her B.S. in Kinesiology – Exercise Science from Iowa State University and has been working in corporate wellness for about 3 years. She is a Chicagoland native but had the opportunity to move to Denver and is loving every second of it! Rachael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as certified in TRX, barre, PiYo, and cycling. During her time out of the office, she can be found coaching gymnastics, exploring the city & mountains of Colorado, or whipping up food in the kitchen.


Rachael defines a healthy lifestyle as being able to have balance! Some days we have the sweatiest workout ever and some days we eat 3 cupcakes; nobody is perfect and we all deserve that cupcake from time to time. Each person has their own definition of health and it is my job to help in the process of making it enjoyable!
