Our nutrition coaches will work with you to modify your current eating habits and provide healthy recommendations. A comprehensive 3-day diet analysis is used to determine possible excess or deficiencies in your diet to make modifications that work for you.
Littleton Club Staff
Mel graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology and a focus in Fitness Studies. She is an ACSM certified personal trainer and a huge advocate for living an active lifestyle. Originally from Maryland, Colorado has kept her busy with some of her favorite outdoor activities- trail running, hiking, snowboarding, and biking.
Health to Mel is all about finding balance & consistency between fitness, diet, mental health and fun!
Trevor received a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. Soon after, he moved to Colorado and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has found a passion for teaching group exercise classes and for the past two years he has been teaching Strength, Boot Camp, HIIT, and Circuit style classes. Trevor is extremely competitive and when he's not working you'll find him playing whatever sport he can find from football to basketball to Spikeball at the park. He also loves the outdoors and tries to find time to go fishing, hiking and snowboarding.
For Trevor, health is a never-ending journey to be the best version of yourself. It is about pushing yourself and finding that motivation to never be complacent, but instead continuing to set goals and challenge yourself. He believes a healthy individual means more than just being physically fit. It is a combination of diet and exercise as well as being mentally and emotionally healthy enough to achieve whatever goals you may have in life
