Sarah has her B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo in Ohio. Sarah is originally from Akron, OH and moved to Colorado from Columbus, OH in April of 2019. She fell in love with Group Exercise classes in undergrad and has been teaching since 2008, and has been working in Corporate Wellness since 2014. Sarah is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and holds many specialty group exercise certifications including Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning®, TRX, PiYo®, and Turbo Kick®. After visiting her brother and best friend in Colorado 3 different times from 2016-2018, Sarah decided to take a leap of faith and follow her heart by moving to the beautiful state of Colorado from Ohio and see what this next chapter in life will bring.!
Sarah defines health as a combination of moving your body through multiple types of exercise, eating foods that fuel your body majority of the time, practicing gratitude and self-care, and taking time to truly enjoy your life. This is different for every person – find what makes YOU healthy (and happy)! During her free time, Sarah can be found trying out new workouts to challenge herself, dancing, exploring new hikes, goofing off with friends, trying new restaurants, or catching up on her shows on Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime!
Jorgi received her Masters in Applied Exercise Science with emphasis in Sport Performance Training in 2017 from Concordia University-Chicago. She is originally from New Mexico where she attended UNM and competed as a Division I swimmer during her undergrad. She has moved to Denver because of her love for the city and for the outdoor activities it has to offer close by. Jorgi is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM certified fitness nutrition specialist as well as performance enhancement specialist, and TRX Suspension trained.
Jorgi defines health as living in a body and mind that you are happy with. A body that serves you well and functions as needed for your lifestyle as well as longevity. A mind that allows you to feel loved, content, and motivated to live your best life. She thinks the first step to achieving this definition is to find your favorite ways to move, and practice gratitude, finding something to be grateful for every-single-day!
Sarah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in group training, HIIT/Circuit training, and personal training.
Sarah's definition of health is finding a love for movement, fueling your body out of respect, having a healthy mind and finding a cohesiveness in all three. Accepting where you are while taking action towards becoming who you want to be. Finding a balance between discipline and listening to what your body truly needs. Fitness is the biggest keystone habit to fuel your overall wellbeing and translates to every other area of your life.
