Kelly Greene

Kelly has her M.A. in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and B.A. in Outdoor Recreation Business from the University of Maine in her home state. It was in Maine that Kelly developed her love for all things outdoors, which in turn brought her to Colorado in 2012 to enjoy all of the outdoor pursuits it has to offer. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and holds many specialty group exercise certifications including cycling, TRX, Zumba, Pound, and a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Kelly believes that health is not one part of your life, but rather the sum of it all – a culmination of a healthy mind and body via physical activity, nutritious eating, and mental peace and awareness. When she isn’t coaching, you can find her skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, running rivers, or watching G.N.A.R. and Chevy Chase comedies.


Rachael Junkroski

Rachael received her B.S. in Kinesiology – Exercise Science from Iowa State University and has been working in corporate wellness since 2015. She is a Chicagoland native but had the opportunity to move to Denver and is loving every second of it! Rachael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as certified in TRX, barre, PiYo, and cycling. During her time out of the office, she can be found coaching gymnastics, exploring the city & mountains of Colorado, or whipping up food in the kitchen.

Rachael defines a healthy lifestyle as being able to have balance! Without a balanced lifestyle, you are less likely to achieve you goals. But with balance, you are still able to achieve your goals and actually enjoy the process! Each person has their own definition of health and it is my job to help in the process of making it enjoyable and maintainable.


Mandy Towns

Mandy has a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science-Health Promotion from Colorado State University. She is an NASM and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and has training in TRX and 200 hour yoga teacher training. She is also studying holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. Mandy believes that in order to fully feel and perform your best you need to find a balance of healthy eating, daily physical activity, positive mindset, and stress management. She believes in working as a team with her clients to find what works the best for them. In her free time she enjoys hiking, weightlifting, yoga, and spending time in the mountains.
