This is different for every person – find what makes YOU healthy (and happy)! During her free time, Sarah can be found trying out new workouts to challenge herself, dancing, exploring new hikes, goofing off with friends, trying new restaurants, or catching up on her shows on Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime!
